14 ohm 7 amp high wattage wirewound resistor w/ slider
14 Ohm, wirewound high wattage resistor. Very heavy duty, nichrome wire on a ceramic form. Approx 7 amps, these resistors are rated at 700 to 1000 watts. Removed from an electric forklift. Approx 1 1/2" diameter by 10" long. includes stand-off mounting brackets. There is a little rust on the steel hardware which will not affect use, but the wire has no corrosion or signs of overheating. Set the slider in the middle and this would make a great dummy load for stereo audio amps.
