B & k model 465 crt tester -- cathode ray tube tester
this a B & K MODEL 465 CRT TESTER - CATHODE RAY TUBE TESTER. this is used and belonged to my dad who was in the tv repair business for many years. he used most of the equipment on a daily basis until he retired, the equipment has been in storage for quite a few years and i now will be selling all over the next month or so. this must be an older tester as the case looks to be wood with a covering on it. the tester is in nice shape with the case being in fair shape, as the case is made of wood and the covering is missing in some spots and curled up in other spots. the case looks to be solid and does not appear to be damaged as to be non functional, it's just worn, used, and old. i did turn it on and was able to power up the tester,but, i am not knowledgeable in the field so that is the extent of what i know what to do with it. it comes with an instruction manual and a model 465 set-up chart - shows settings for picture tubes. the tester measures approx. 11-1/2 inches wide, 10-1/2 inches high, and 4-1/4 inches in depth. so, i'm not sure as to the functional part of the tester but as stated it does turn on and it does power up. any questions please ask and thank you for looking!
