This unit is new but has been setting on the shelf in original box. It was intended for a DUAL X-Y SERVO SYSTEM REPAIR that did not happen. This was NEVER installed. We purchased this via a well know distributer IT WAS PURCHASED NEW and would like to get some of our $ back.
