This is a 7075-T6 Aluminum Universal eddy current standasds calibration . It has total 8 bolt holes from 3/16 to 5/8 with 1/16 increasement Each hole has two conner notches E.D.M. ( 0.025 " X 0.015 " X 0.003 " L X D X W and 0.042" X 0.030" X 0.003 ). Corner notch is located each side of the hole. Three linear E.D.M. notches with 0.500" long X 0.008, 0.020 " and 0.040" depth X -0.003" width. This is use to set up the signal for eddy current testing. The size of this cal block is 2" X 4" X 0.280"
