I was told is used for barbed wire fencing but I don't know that to be a fact.It needs a liitle lubrication but still turns fine it just squeaks a little.Comes with a two layer black and white belt that may or may not be original.Waist size 33-36 in.Belt is rough.LEFT HAND THREAD.
