You are looking at a Skynet 8080 Switch mode power supply (SMPS)
It will work with input voltages of 100 to 250 volts AC. Which gives you the following outputs:
-12 volts at 1 amp (see below about the -12v @ 6 Amps!)
Not sure what you could use this in, check out some of the reviews below. In the first link it explains how you can combine two of these units to give a -12 volt feed with 6 Amps output!

I have checked with Skynet and they agreed that the figures given above are correct maximum when individual lines are used upto the 80 Watt max output hence the different figures on their sight.
