* The TP700 Series is a rugged and reliable low to medium miniature dual pressure switch with excellent sensitivity, repeatability and set-point tolerance. Utilizing one pressure port, two (2) electrical switches may be set with out regard to one another, as long as they are set within the set point range of the sensor. This offers the possibility to set for redundancy or any pressure difference within the range.
* Non-Wetted Materials: Lock ring – Steel, Electric switch housing – Steel, Plastic parts – Nylon or PVC
* Wetted Materials: Capsule – 17-7PH, Seal-O-Ring – Standard BUNA N, Locking compound – Loctite #277, Body – Steel, Zinc Chromate Finish
* Pressure Switch Adjustment: This model may be adjusted by loosening the lock ring and turning the electric switch housing clockwise to lower set point, counter clockwise to raise the set point. Holding the electric switch housing in position, tighten the lock ring and check the pressure setting.
* Setting Options: Switches are normally supplied field adjustable.
* Temperature Range: -65 Degrees Fahrenheit to +225 Degrees Fahrenheit, a slight change up to 2% in the set point ma occur below -10 Degrees Fahrenheit and above +125 Degrees Fahrenheit.
* Cycle Rate-Sensor and Electrical Switch: Not to exceed 22 CPM
