We have no idea of what this is! We think it was part of an automated welding spot welder system but not sure. It came with another 3 axis motion controller box that we also have listed on e-bay.
The front panel has On/off switch, alternate action Auto/Manual switch, momentary push button switch, "speed control" knob pot, 10 position rotary push button switch, Momentary push button switch.
The rear panel has a connector like the old parallel printer connectors, two duplex AC outlets and power input connector.
