2SD175 Fujitsu Si NPN Power BJT Transistor with HEATSINK, equiv. to 2N3055 BDY20
2SD175 - Si, NPN, 100V, 5A, 50W, HFE>10, TO-3 package
Equivalent to: 2N3055 BDY20 KT808A
2SD175 is a High Power Silicon NPN transistor in a metal TO-3 envelope. If I'm not wrong these particular transistors were made by Fujitsu in Japan in late 1970s.
Condition - These transistors are used, but are TESTED and all are in perfect working order.
Each of these 2SD175 is factory mounted on a small HEATSINK with the following dimentions (LxWxH): 3.8x3.0x1.7 cm = 1.5x1.18x0.67 inch. The heatsink is made of Aluminum and is painted in black. Measuing all sides of the heatsink it has a total cooling area of about 54 square cm ~8.4 square inch.

4.1. International Postal Money Orders from countries like Japan and Italy (and from other countries) that are sent from a post office and should be cashed at my local post office.
