THOMAS BETTS TBM14M HYDRAULIC CRIMPER + 11 BURNDY DIES
This crimper is the workhorse used by contractors all over the world.
It can handle from 6 AWG up to 750 MCM cable and has a 1.65" jaw opening.
Compare to Huskie EP-510 (Same Tool) & Burndy Y-750 (Same Specs)
Huskie EP-510 is set at 12 Tons from the factory. TBM-14 is set at 14 tons.
Accepts all U Series dies used for
Alcoa, Burndy, T&B and Blackburn 12 ton Compressors.
If dies are needed we have a huge inventory of them too.
Two-stage pumping piston for rapid advance.
180° degree swivel crimping head permits installations in confined areas.
* Two Stage pump for rapid advance
* Installs copper connectors to 900 kcmil
* Installs aluminum connectors to 750 kcmil
* Installs copper "C" taps through #54775
* aluminum "H" taps through #63148
* Installs grid connectors through 500 kcmil and 5/8" rod
* Uses standard U series Dies

These are really clean Tools.
They have not been uses much at all.
Looks to be only a couple times at most.
They are all tested with correct gauge and ready to go.
Some do have light markings from the previous owner.
These operate just like a new one straight out of the Thomas & Betts box.
