This is a Siemens EMI or noise filter Operates on 50 to 60 cycles , 115/250VAC @ 5 Amps. It is a square shaped filter and has male lugs to connect to on either end, sort of like speaker lugs. Also has two holes in the top with threads for mounting to something I would guess. Great for tesla coil work, motors, generators etc.
