The 3 diodes come mounted on a heavy duty finned double surface 3D528-8 HEAT SINK, 5x3x1-9/16; drilled for 3 large stud rectifiers (1" dia. recesses), aluminum heat sink for extra heat dissipation. Diodes or rectifiers prevents current from flowing back into your wind generator and prevent motoring on windless days.
