This is a TO-36, PNP Germanium, 150W Power Transistor
This Ge 2N1412 transistor is similar to 2N1100, and equivalent or close to 2N1099 2N1100 2N1358 2N2075 2N2076, according to my papers. But I'm not tech; so I leave to you the task for checking compatibility.(*)
