They are in the factory sealed box which I opened to take the pics.
These capacitors have a gloss finish on them because of extra insulation.
Now, what do those letters and numbers mean :-)
Using the Maruwa General Catalog (and MMC Part Numbering System):
" Features: * AH series are approved by UL, CSA, VDE, SEV, SEMKO, NEMKO, DEMKO, FIMKO
* AH series approved as the line-bypass capacitor for AC power supply.
AH = Double insulation or reinforced insulation
V2 = Continuous voltage rating of each agency approval for AH series
15 = Diameter is expressed in 2 letters
YE = Capacitance change vs temperature: JIS (EIA) (Y5U) +20% (+22%) -55% (-56%)
332 = Capacitance in a 3 digit system in pF whereby the first 2 numbers are the first 2 digits and the 3rd digit is the number of zeroes following those 2 digits so = 3300pF
to be added to the cost of the lot.
Add any other designated lots of capacitors or electronic components lots
plus, obviously, the cost of the lots. :-)
