They are top adjusting Cermet / Industrial / Sealed 1/2 watt rated potentiometers. They are 9.52mm (3/8 inch) square. These would normally sell from a distributor like Digikey for over $45.00 for 20 pieces, but you can purchase them here for about 1/3 of that normal industrial cost.
