These are excellent quality capacitors made in Japan by SANYO. They are rated 270uF 16Volt(DC) SP series TCNQ Electrolytic Capacitor for audio 20%(M) tolerance.Radial lead capacitors.Please see picture(s).

The characteristics of SP series are large capacitance (about 2 times of previous value) and low ESR (about half of previous value). It is optimum to use around MPU of computer equipment. Also, suitable for audio because OFC is used as the lead wires. - from SANYO datasheet
