4 Dual 100 amp High Efficiency Schottky Rectifiers
Each leg of the pair is rated at 100 amps and 100 volts.
Schottky rectifiers are much more efficient than ordinary silicon rectifiers, as the maximum voltage drop at full load is under 1 volt, as compared to around 3 volts for comparable standard silicon rectifier types.
The two legs can be connected in parallel to give a rating of 200 amps.
Photo 3 and 4 show a full wave 400 amp bridge I constructed with 4 of these rectifiers.
You will receive four diodes as shown in photo 1.
The threaded electrical connections take ¼-20 screws and are approx .300†deep.
Screws not included, but such screws are readily available at any hardware store.
The center hole is about .200†dia, and the two end holes are about .280†dia
