Ratemeter manufactured by Cutler Hammer, Durant. Never used, but old stock in box, sells for over $100 today.
Panel cutout 2.677" x 1.299", only 2 signal wires required for rate measurements. Unit is fully programmable from front switches. Use with various sensing modes such as: contact closure rate input, current sourcing sensor, current sinking sensor, magnetic pickup, etc. Directions included. I have installed similar ones with an optical encoder connected to a drive motor, counted pulses and displayed rate of web in meters/sec. Many uses. Good for you Engineers or Super Techs.
