28" long 1.25" wide, with bolt at each end, electrical connection on same side as bolt. Side opposite bolts is completely flat to press up against item being heated. These units were installed in an application that caused them to be contaminated with a tarry substance. It comes off, fairly easily, but not completely cleanly. See the photos. The unit running these heaters had a temperature controller rated up to 600 F, I'm not sure what the maximum temperature capability of the heaters is.
