4pc Fiber Optic Sensor Head. Manufacturer unknown. The head measures 20mm x 20mm. Sensing area on the face side (skinny side) is 11mm (I've highlighted this area in the photo with red). Used, in good condition.
I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
