Motor is a 1 HP 180 VDC armature, 1750 rpm, 5 amps, TEFC enclosure, 56C frame, spec 35P310Z109, with GE tachometer model 5PY59JX1,
Speed Controller is a Pacemaster-1 DC Drive, 1 phase
Unit is still wired and runs forward and backward. Motor and drive were on an extruder pump cart running a metering pump. Looks like a burn mark on the plastic case of the drive. See photos.
