You can build a modern version of famous experimenter Nicola Tesla's coil in your own workshop and enjoy carrying out experiments with it, just like the inventor did in 1892 before a London audience. Several experiments are illustrated to get you under way. This version uses a vacuum tube as an oscillator. This 5 1/2" tall coil produces 40,000 volts.
