These items are High Voltage, High Current, Darlington Bipolar Power Transistors, manufactured by FUJI Electric (Japan). They are Fuji Electric 1DI200A-90: 200 Amp 900 Volt Single Darlington Transistors (with integral protection diode).
Data Sheet: Here is the link for a data sheet for a nearly identical Fuji Darlington power transistor. The only difference is in the maximun voltage rating (1200V instead of 900V as here).

Product Condition: These fine power transistor modules are in NICE condition (as the photo demonstrates). They are used, having been carefully removed from surplus industrial equipment. They have been checked with a DVM (no shorts, opens, or visible defects; all resistance readings between terminals closely match the corresponding readings from other units).
