Congratulations on finding your way to this valuable resource!
It is difficult to find good tools and resources for PLC programming and robotics.
This collection of materials is ideal for anyone wanting to learn more about PLC’s
and PLC Programming or even CNC machines and Robotics!
These began as course notes to supplement inadequate textbooks but have since been expanded them to replace the text books. There are a couple of sections that are incomplete but the majority of the books are excellent reference and training materials.
Automated Manufacturing Systems: PLCs
Dynamic System Modeling and Control
Integration and Automation of Manufacturing Systems
A complete listing of the contents of these books is shown below.
Control System Reference Books
You will also receive several reference documents containing valuable reference information that can be used by a novice or expert control system designer.
Electrical Relay Diagram & P&ID Symbols
Programming and Documentation Pads
Logic Symbols, Truth Tables and Equivalent Ladder Logic Diagrams
A complete listing of the contents of these books is shown below.
The simulator is actually three distinct programs combined into a single package. First, the software contains a PLC Ladder Logic editor that allows users to create and edit PLC programs using Allen Bradley PLC-2 family instructions. Secondly, this simulator emulates the scanning sequence of a PLC. When placed into the "RUN" mode, the users program is scanned and the appropriate I/O is updated just as would occur in an actual PLC. Thirdly, the application contains a number of animated simulations which respond accurately to the inputs, and outputs of the emulated PLC. A conveyor based filling line, Traffic intersection and Batch mixing simulations present life-like challenges for the student programmer.
A complete description of the software is given below.
A complete listing of the manuals included is given below.
A large number of Allen-Bradley Sample Programs are also included on this CD. These programs can make it clear how many of the ladder logic functions are implemented.
Ever end-up with a Processor that can't be programmed because a password has been installed? Maybe you set the password but forgot! Help is here. This CD includes the instructions and software to allow you to crack the password for an Allen-Bradley or Mitsubishi PLC.
We offer a full line of PLC manuals for several manufacturers as well as other training materials and software. If you need any other documentation or materials then please click the link below to see if we have something that will help.
PLC manuals are available for the following manufacturers:
· Rosemount (instrumentation)

Logic Symbols, Truth Tables and Equivalent Ladder Logic Diagrams
This is a quick reference card meant for programmers to use when implementing Boolean logic in ladder programs.
Industrial Applications Software (Simulations):
The software includes the following simulated processes:
(1) Automated filling system
* Operator Station Panel and controls
* Conveyor with position sensors (photo switch)
* Hopper with motorized chute control
* Visual PLC Data Table Display including timers and counters
(2) Batch Mixing system Simulation
* 2 filler pumps and piping
* 2 flow meters on filler lines
* 1 gas fired heater (controlled valve)
* 1 Visual PLC Data Table display including timers and counters
(3) Intersection Traffic Light Control Simulation
* 2-way traffic lights system
* Visual PLC Data Table Display including timers and counters
(4) Hardware Input and Output Simulator
* 4 toggle switches (SPST)
* 2 momentary normally open switches
* 2 momentary normally closed switches
* Visual PLC Data Table Display including timers and counters
The software includes a full-featured built-in PLC Emulator package that runs concurrently on the same computer with the Industrial applications software (simulations) described above. With a single keystroke, the user may toggle back and forth between the display of the animated process simulation and the Ladder Rung Program Editor of the emulated PLC.
The Program Editor is both user friendly and full-featured. Students may add, delete and modify program-rungs, branches and instructions using simple menu selections.
To test the new or modified ladder program, a single keystroke toggles the student back to the Process Simulation screen and places the PLC in the 'Run' mode. The process simulation will then react accurately to the student's newly programmed rungs which are constantly being scanned in the background by the PLC run-time emulator.
By incorporating the Editor and run-time scanning of a PLC into software capable of running and interacting with the industrial process simulations, the software provides a single computer hi-tech solution to Programmable controller student training, whether running on the network of a computer Lab, or on the users own laptop computer. The simulation system allows a simple low-cost solution to PLC training while attaining superior student concept retention.
Minimum Hardware Requirements
* IBM compatible (DOS) PC 486 SX 25
* 1.44 MB 3.5" or 1.MB 5.25" diskette drive
We have included 55-great Allen-Bradley sample programs to demonstrate the use of many of the ladder logic functions available. Some of the names of the programs are listed below.
PLC Password Cracking Software & Instructions
It can be a frustrating experience if you inherit a PLC with a password protecting the program. Maybe the installer has gone bust. Maybe you forgot the password. Either way, you need a way in. Here it is. This software and instructions will get you into a Mitsubishi or Allen-Bradley SLC processor and get you back on your feet.
