This electric cable spooler was used on a contract job at a mine that is closing down and left after the job. It has been sittin where it was left for about 5 years. It has what looks like a 4 cylinder gas engine and is on a two wheeled chasis. Everything seems to be there. The tires are dry rotted, and the hoses are checked and cracked.
