This high end precision optical interference filter is designed to efficiently collect the Red emission of RFP, or other bright Red fluorescence emitters. The filter has extremely sharp edges and high level of attenuating of excitation light shorter than 610nm. The filter can also be used to isolate the primary red portion of the spectrum with very high efficeincy.
The filter specifications are as follows: Cut-on wavelength; 625nm +/-3 nm, Cut-off wavelength; 645 +/-5 nm, Size 25 mm +0/-.25mm, Transmission >75%, Free Spectral range UV to 1100 nm. New cost is about $160.00
