Here is one lot of 5 pieces of WJ AH-1, 250MHz to 4 GHz MMIC housed in a SOT-89 surface mount package.
What is beautiful with this MMIC is that it has high dynamic range at +22dBm P1dB, i.e. 200mW+ output power. +41 dBm OIP3 also means the AH-1 has a very good harmonics performance as well. Thus the AH-1 can be used as a good pre-amplifier and serves as a driver for rf power amplifier.
