This is a Telemecanique Uni-Tel. 2 Equipment Plug / Port. The Unit has (2) plugs on the top of the box that are 15pin Sub D connections. (Female)
There are 2 pre-drilled holes that are 1/2". The holes are on the Right and Left hand sides of the box. I guess you can spin the lid a 1/4 turn and then the holes would be on top and bottom. The enclosure is Square.
Kit with fittings / cord grips are included.
Dimensions would be 3 1/8"x3 1/8"x2"
USED - But in great condition. Looks unused and fittings are still in package. I do not have a box so it sells as "Used"
