This is an untested Melles Griot Laser Tube . The label also says 3121H-P , MFGD April 2000, and S/N 8874DN , and Carlsbad California.. I think it is a HeNe but not sure and no idea how to test it. It consists of a laser tube, mirror, lens,cradle and base assy and circuit card that says laser ripple on it. There is no obvious damage, cracks, missing pieces or burn marks. There is some finger prints on the mirror. Feel free to E-mail any questions or measurements not shown in the pics .
