It is made by AMP INC. and is used to terminate 25 pair telephone/communication cable with a plastic amphenol. The comb is in perfect shape with no broken pieces, all parts are present and comes with it's plastic case. This was purchased at a garage sale and the previous owner said it worked the last time it was used. This unit is in very good shape.
